Lindsay Lohan Avoided from Criminal Charges

LOS ANGELES - Prosecutors on Tuesday (29 / 3) decided to reject the demands of the beating of Lindsay Lohan that if continued could throw them into prison actress in connection with the incident at the Betty Ford rehabilitation clinic in California. District Attorney's office in Riverside County, east of Los Angeles, had decided there was no sufficient evidence to prosecute Linday Lohan committing a crime, said John Hall, spokesman for the office.
Star of "Mean Girls" was on probation through 2007 due to drunk driving and possession of cocaine, and a new demand could mean a violation of probation and throw him into prison.
However, Lindsay still facing legal problems. 24-year-old actress is facing separate charges that he stole the necklace from a jewelry store in Los Angeles in January. Lindsay has stated his innocence, and the initial trial scheduled for April 22.
The verdict will send him back to prison, where he spent about two weeks behind bars because he violated probation. In December, when Lindsay lived in the Betty Ford Center in Southern California, police were deployed to conduct an investigation of the installation and minor violations, beatings, involving Lindsay Lohan and a staff of Betty Ford Center, which named Dawn Holland.
Dawn initially said Lindsay pushed him and grab telephone from her hand. But Dawn later told investigators she did not cooperate and did not want to press charges. "Our standard is that if we make demands, we believe we can provide sufficient evidence to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt and that was not the case here," said Dawn Hall.
Lindsay out of the Betty Ford Center in January, after he entered the rehabilitation center in October for failing a random drugs checks that are required in the provision of probation in 2007.
