Brooke Shields Take Over Broadway

Bebe Neuwirth has joined the production Addams Family for 15 months decided to leave. Brooke Shields staying will replace his role as Morticia on the Broadway stage.

Officially Brooke Shields will replace Bebe Neuwirth in the show this summer, exactly 28 June, while the last business Neuwirth recorded June 26.

In addition to Shields, Roger Rees are also rumored to take over the role of Gomez from Nathan Lane in mid-March.

Shields has taken over the four previous Broadway role in the production of which started with another actress as Roxie Hart in Chicago, Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Rizzo in Grease and Ruth in Wonderful Town.
